intersection(5) of the results of external scrutiny to the company (market opportunities and threats) with the results of internal scrutiny (internal strengths and weaknesses) that can generate competitive positioning strategies, consonant with both our competitive advantages and(10)  core competencies as those of our competitors, ambitious definition of our strategic intent to win the favor preferred customers.

It is part of the strategic process aligning the expectations of shareholders, customers, employees and other
stakeholders, along with viewing and meeting them through excellent processes that create value for all of them: this entails strengthening, adjusting or changing structures, systems, symbols, values, people and skills, thus, reallocating, responsibilities and resources required by a provision of competitive services, productive and profitable(6)

Es decir , se propone, se sugiere un servicio de gerencia estratégica que para quienes lo practiquen le permitirá cumplir con la misión y visión de la organización a la que está a cargo
